On April 5, 2025, the community gathered once again for Run Seal Beach, a local tradition that brings people together around fitness, fun, and support for a good cause. Marking its Now in its 51st year, the run once again brought together hundreds of participants and volunteers in Old Town Seal Beach, carrying on its mission to support wellness and community giving.

This year, Dr. Faustino “Tino” Bernadett returned as a proud platinum sponsor. A longtime supporter of local initiatives, Dr. Bernadett attended the event and joined in the celebration of community spirit. For Tino, Run Seal Beach is a meaningful way to encourage healthy living while contributing to programs that make a real difference in the area.

Operated entirely by volunteers, Run Seal Beach is a nonprofit organization that ensures all funds raised go directly back into the community. Since its founding in 1999, it has contributed over $2 million to support local schools, recreation programs, and public safety initiatives in Seal Beach, Rossmoor, and Los Alamitos. The continued success of the event relies on the support of generous sponsors and dedicated volunteers.

Faustino Bernadett’s involvement aligns with his broader commitment to supporting healthcare access, education, and community development. Alongside his wife, Dr. Martha Molina Bernadett, he dedicates much of his time to philanthropic work. Whether through national organizations like 4-H and Thea Foundation or local efforts like Run Seal Beach, Faustino Bernadett focuses his energy on causes that create opportunities for children, families, and communities.

Supporting Run Seal Beach is just one example of how Dr. Bernadett remains active in the community. His ongoing contributions help sustain programs that benefit people of all ages and backgrounds, reinforcing the values of health, connection, and shared responsibility.

The 2025 event was a great success, thanks in large part to community members who showed up to run, walk, volunteer, and cheer each other on. With continued support from individuals and sponsors like Faustino Bernadett, Run Seal Beach is well positioned to keep making an impact for years to come.
